First Quarter Statistics
2016’s first quarter statitics are in. Looks like there were a few less home sales in 2016 compaired to 2015, but prices went up which is great for Sellers. Homes are selling at a faster rate now than in 2015 with an avergae of 8 less days on the market. With these statitics no wonder more people are puttign their home up for sale. Listings rose 6.2%. As for Condos, prices have gone up, but sales dropped slighlty. Condo sales are moving fast, spending less time on the market compared to 2015 and selling 0.63% within the list price. It will be interesting to see what second quarter has in store for Santa Barbara.
